  • Jessica LaFalce: A physical therapy assistant, yoga instructor and movement specialist extraordinaire will introduce you to self-myofascial-release through body rolling. Our femininity, passion and creativity is encased within our pelvic space. Jess will teach us how to release feelings of fear, and inability to make decisions or move forward, all through myofascial release.
  • Dr. Deanine Picciano: An acupuncturist and holistic medicine practitioner, Dr. D will guide us in a community acupuncture session to help us attain our energetic balance. She will teach us how to nourish our bodies and understand our cyclical nature as women.
  • Megan Metcalf: During Dr. D's acupuncture session, Meg, a yoga instructor and sound healer, will bathe you the in glorious healing frequencies of sound bowls, harnessing the power of vibration therapy to promote overall wellness.

This retreat's agenda is thoughtfully designed to nurture your entire well-being. You'll connect with fellow moms who share your journey, fostering a supportive environment where understanding and camaraderie thrive. Our spa-yoga class, complete with restorative poses, bolsters, blankets, massage, and essential oils, promises a blissful conclusion to the day.
